She knows the ins and outs of the West Los Angeles communities of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Malibu and the surrounding areas. As of 2010, Cassandra maintained a lucrative career as a contemporary art advisor while based in Los Angeles and London. Specializing in blue chip, contemporary art and fashion photography, she assisted her global clients with acquiring investment grade works from the likes of Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, Jonas Wood, Damien Hirst, Banksy, Kaws, Mario Testino and Harland Miller. Cassandra became keenly aware of the nuances that make for a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience while curating luxury homes and negotiating high level transactions from start to finish. Cassandra’s passion for detail and extensive background in building an investment grade art portfolio allows her to uniquely understand her clients personal needs and concerns in today’s fast paced market, as there are many parallels to the dynamics of investing in a home.
