Meet Goran

As a former professional soccer player who played all over the world and for the Croatian National Soccer Team, I had the privilege of meeting people from different cultures and exploring diverse styles of architecture. During that time, I discovered my fascination with architecture and realized I was always drawn to my surroundings. This passion led me to fall in love with real estate.

In my early years, as a hobby, I began buying land and building houses and multi-family properties, always experimenting with different styles. That passion for real estate eventually became an integral part of my lifestyle.

As a former pro athlete, I bring the same drive and dedication to real estate. I always strive to secure the best possible deals for my clients, putting their needs first and fostering relationships that feel like family—whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors, both locally and internationally. My philosophy is simple: when working with my clients, I treat each transaction as if it were my own, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my wife and daughter, doing charity work, reading, cooking, and coaching kids' soccer. I am fluent in English and Croatian, and my assistant is also fluent in Italian.
