Meet Joseph

At Revel, you've found a partner who brings serious drive, sharp instincts, and a relentless commitment to every deal. Working alongside Alan Long Legittino, whose five decades in the business set the gold standard, Joseph is building a practice defined by excellence from day one.

Joseph's background in estate management was built on earning the confidence and trust of ultra-high-net-worth clientele, delivering complex projects from start to finish with the discretion, precision, and accountability this level of service demands. It was through this work, at the intersection of real estate and some of the most remarkable properties, that a true passion emerged: preserving and elevating the integrity of a well-considered space.

Real estate, at its best, is deeply personal. Joseph approaches every client relationship with curiosity, care, and the understanding that behind every property decision is a bigger vision for how you want to live.

Whether you're acquiring a trophy estate, curating an investment portfolio, or discreetly bringing a distinguished property to market, you'll have a partner who shows up prepared, moves with purpose, and delivers results worth talking about.

When not closing deals, Joseph loves spending time with his family, exploring LA's bustling food scene, traveling, and hitting the beach with his rescue dog Jet, the unofficial mascot of the operation.

Let's connect and make your next move one worth talking about.
