His journey in the real estate industry began in foreclosure prevention specializing in short sales and loan modifications, before transitioning into property/asset management and acquisitions. 

Josh’s unique strength lies in his diverse set of skills. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential leasing, construction management, property management and operations. Over the years, Josh has successfully managed large multi-family properties, estates, medical offices, shopping centers, class A office buildings and other types of real estate.

With a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Arizona, his dedication to the industry and extensive background, ensures that your real estate journey is not only smooth but tailored to your needs.
