Meet Karim

Karim Ghelani is a Top producing commercial and luxury residential real estate consultant based out of Beverly Hills, California. Karim started his career in the entertainment and fashion industry after receiving his Bachelors degree in Business Economics from the University of California - Riverside and a Quantitative analysis certificate from Harvard Business School- Extension.

While pursuing his MBA from Pepperdine University; Karim joined the international marketing division @ MGM Studios where he produced marketing reels for the Legally Blonde and Chuck Norris franchises. He subsequently landed in the music department @ ICM talent agency where he assisted in representing A list artists such as Beyoncé, Chris Brown and The Game.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch a start up new media and clothing brand, “Rizumu ” which appeared in a two page spread of XXL magazine as one of the top urban brands of 2009. His passion for marketing led him to a career in real estate where he has worked on and closed over $70,000,000 in commercial and residential transactions throughout Southern California.
