Kevin Goldman is a Calabasas-born and raised REALTOR® known for his client-first, hands-on approach and ability to navigate complex transactions with ease. Born and raised in Calabasas, Kevin has deep market knowledge of Calabasas, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and surrounding pockets. Kevin’s career as a professional chef in top restaurants and for high-end clients across Beverly Hills, Malibu, and West LA,  honed his ability to thrive under pressure, solve problems quickly, and provide exceptional service—qualities that now define his real estate career. Clients praise his patience, attentiveness, and ability to exceed expectations, whether they are buying, selling, or investing. Beyond real estate, Kevin values lasting client relationships—evident in his post-closing tradition of preparing multi-course meals to celebrate successful transactions. He believes real estate is about more than closing deals—it’s about creating connections and ensuring clients feel supported. Kevin is deeply involved in the community. As a proud member of The Los Angeles Guardians, he helps raise funds for over 4,000 senior citizens in Los Angeles,  supports No Kid Hungry, Chef’s Stand Up To Cancer, Wounded Warriors, and the Navy SEAL Foundation. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys cooking, fitness, golf, travel, and time with friends and family. He continues to work as a private chef on occasion, balancing his thriving real estate career with his love for food.
