Meet Shylee

Since becoming an agent in 2016, Shylee has represented buyers and sellers across Los Angeles, from the San Fernando Valley to the city’s most competitive neighborhoods like West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Her client base spans first-time homebuyers to entertainment titans, actors and tech entrepreneurs. She adapts to the client in front of her, but her standard remains the same: clarity, protection, warmth and results.

Before entering residential sales, she worked as a property management assistant for an investor with a substantial portfolio, where she was directly involved in acquisitions, operations, and the realities of asset performance. That early exposure shaped her understanding of leverage and long-term value, and also led her to becoming an income property owner by age 27.

She understands that real estate is rarely just financial- it is also emotional, intuitive, strategic, and deeply personal. Her ability to read situations, anticipate resistance, and communicate directly while maintaining poise sets her apart. She is known for being steady under pressure and intentional in negotiation. Her clients trust her not only to advocate, but to think several steps ahead.

Additionally, Shylee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which serves as a backdrop to her negotiation style and communication approach.

During her free time, Shylee enjoys pursuing her passions, which include endless psychology books, going to rock concerts, traveling, weight lifting, walks in nature, and enjoying time spent with family and friends. As a seasoned networker and confidante, she seamlessly navigates the vibrant social scene of WeHo and Beverly Hills, representing her clients' best interests with the finesse of a shrewd tigress.

Step into your real estate journey with Shylee and experience her steady dedication, refined service, and genuine commitment to helping you achieve what matters most - your real estate dreams!
