Tyler Drinkwater, yes, that's really his last name, believes in authenticity and integrity. His father, a successful real estate agent in Boston, instilled these two principles in him. An East Coast transplant, Tyler was born and raised in downtown Boston. Before landing in Los Angeles, he lived in New York City where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree at New York University. Tyler began his real estate journey following a career in the demanding restaurant industry of NYC, and an extensive entrepreneurial background. Having owned and operated a wine venture, Tyler honed his sales and entrepreneurial abilities, which empower him to seek and negotiate the best outcome for clients. Naturally a people-person, Tyler approaches real estate through a hospitality lens. He listens and reads his clients to present them with the finest options for their needs leading to successful home buying.
